ASSESSMENTS FOR 2027  

Due to delays in dispersing invoices in 2026 we have adjusted assessment due date for 2027 as follows:

We are still asking for input from the homeowners as well as email addresses that will aid us in improving our communication with the community.  This will help us to keep everyone informed about new payment options; including the ability to make HOA payments electronically by credit card, conduct polls to gain insight prior to the board making important decisions, and most importantly this will allow us to keep you in the loop. Improving communication with homeowners is one of our top priorities, and updated contact information will help us provide important notices, alerts, and community updates more efficiently.

BE ON THE LOOKOUT

Many residents have shared ideas and concerns regarding how HOA dues are used within the community. We appreciate your feedback and want residents to know that the board is actively working toward improvements throughout the neighborhood.

Please be on the lookout for upcoming community improvements and initiatives.

At the same time, the board is carefully reviewing current expenditures and identifying opportunities to reduce unnecessary costs so that more resources can be directed toward important neighborhood priorities.

NEIGHBORLY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive neighborhood is a shared responsibility.

We encourage all residents to help by:

• Keeping lawns maintained

• Removing unsightly items from front yards

• Repairing fences and gates when needed

• Moving vehicles from the streets within city code requirements

• Reducing excessive noise disturbances

Working together helps preserve the appearance, safety, and value of our community.

JOIN THE BOARD

The HOA is currently seeking additional volunteers to become involved with the board and community efforts.

We are especially interested in establishing Block Captains who can help identify neighborhood concerns and communicate issues that need attention.

The board meets monthly, and we welcome residents who are interested in helping improve and support the community.
